The tabletop is made of multi-layered board composed of 100% Russian imported birch veneer bonded with phenolic resin adhesive,
achieving a density of 687 kg/m³—hard and robust. Its environmental performance has been tested according to GB/T 17657-2013,
with formaldehyde emission measured at 0.015 mg/m³, significantly below the ENF class requirement specified in GB/T 39600-2021.
This ensures high durability and moisture resistance, maintaining structural integrity even under high humidity conditions without warping or water absorption, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Our selected birch plywood has a moisture content of 11.0%, meeting the standard for marine-grade plywood, which requires a nominal density above 500 kg/m³ when moisture content is below 12%.
After being soaked in boiling water for 72 hours, it retains excellent shear strength—earning it the reputation as 'marine board.'
The surface finish features a skin-like texture and scratch-resistant treatment, allowing minor scratches to self-heal.
